How do I know what size unit I need?
Size of the unit really depends on how much furniture you are storing as it takes up the most space. It’s always better to have more room than needed for air flow and organizational purposes.
Are leases month-to-month?
Yes. If you only need the unit for one month, no problem!
Can I access my storage unit any time?
Yes. Our facilities features 24/7 Access with a personalized gate code.
Can I transfer to a different unit size if I need more or less space?
Absolutely! Anything you’ve paid on your current unit will be prorated and transferred to the next so you are only paying for what you need.
Are there any move-in specials or discounts available?
We always have discounts and specials available. Ask our office team to see what you may qualify for.
How do I make a payment online?
Every tenant is set up with an online payment portal at move in. Your username is your email address and then you will click “forgot password” to set up your account password.
Do you have video surveillance and gated access?
Customer security and safety are top priorities. A brightly lit property with 24/7 video surveillance deters most ill intentions. All facilities are fenced and gated. Each tenant has their own personal pass code.
Can I use my own lock, or is one provided?
A standard shank lock with 2” shaft will fit our units. We also sell them in our offices for your convenience.
How do I move out or end my lease?
If you are an Auto bill customer, we will need a ten day notice to remove that feature from your account.
Please give us a courtesy call letting us know when you’ll be leaving. All items must be out of your unit the day before your rent rolls over. Remember to take your lock and leave the unit door down.
Can I store a vehicle, RV, or boat?
Our Waldo facility can accommodate vehicle, boat and RV storage. All motorized vehicles must be in working order.
