Super clean, friendly, and helpful. You need to punch in your code to get out of the main gate. UPDATE: they added a simple button to push to get out of the gate!

Making a reservation for storage, and accessing the storage unit is as easy as it can be. The personnel in the office are all fantastic. We reserved a unit only to find out a few weeks later we needed another one. They added our additional storage unit quickly and painlessly. Prices are very competitive as well. Clean and easy access. I highly recommend the Santa Fe Storage location.

When I phoned, no unit of the kind I wanted was available, so I said I'd come in to put my name on a waitlist. When I got to the Gainesville office, I found that the person I had talked to (Wendy) had taken the time to write a note to her relief that I'd be coming in. That person very kindly escorted me around to check out various sized units. I got on the waiting list, & a couple days later a unit came available. Wendy promptly called & later that day I went in to do the signing & make initial payment. That whole process went smoothly. Wendy very courteously & professionally went through all the sign-up and contract steps. It's been a good experience & I credit that mostly to Wendy. Besides being very competent, she's a very easy & pleasant person to be around.

I've been renting a storage space for about a year and I have no problem with it. Staff there are polite and friendly. If you have any questions about your storage unit, they don't hesitate to answer your questions. Great place for me .

We rented a 10x10 climate controlled unit for $60 less than a smaller storage unit in Waldo. The receptionist was very nice and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I was there for 2 years and did great with Cars. We agreed to payment terms and all was fine. Now they have new girls and they won't honor the terms. Last charged me $155.00/ for one month. I moved out 6 days early. Guess what no refund!! I made a mistake by telling the girl that the mover left a box in the unit, they charged me another $50.00. Let's see, they don't give refunds and change you for a box left . Since Cara left I cannot suggest you use this place. They opened at 1:00pm when I started but just changed it to 10am and when I told the new that she basically called me a liar. I had the card that Cara gave me showing the 1:00pm opening. The unit had raoches and Palmetto bugs. Be careful!!!! If you want a second class unit and stick closely to the rules ( be sure to get a copy) then ok except the bugs are still there.

I absolutely love my extended family here are santa fe storage in starke flat. Cara is an exceptional employee who goes above and beyond to keep me as a customer. They have all sizes available as well as temperature controlled units. I will recommend to family and friends they have a great refer a friend program that gets you and the other person 50$ OFF
